Richard Eichenbaum and Harry Stylianou attended the fall confrence of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) in Orlando, FL from October 22 through October 25, 2003.

Joann Sawaged was admitted to practice in the State of New York on October 22, 2003. She was sworn-on at a ceramony in Brooklyn, New York.

Harry Stylianou attended the spring confrence of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) in New Orleans, LA from May 15 through May 17, 2003.

On January 29, 2003, Joann Sawaged has joined EKLG as an Associate Attorney.

Harry Stylianou was admitted to practice in the State of New York on July 30, 2002. He was sworn-in at a ceramony in Albany, New York. Harry is now licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.

Roopal Gupta attended the spring confrence of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) in Washington, DC from June 6 through June 8, 2002.

Harry Stylianou conducted a lecture for the Bergen County Bar Association on January 30, 2002. The topic, "How to Convert Your Paper Judgments Into Cash" included a nuts and bolts discussion of practical and effective post judgment collection techniques.

On November 28, 2001 Richard Eichenbaum was a panelist and speaker at the "New Jersey Collection Practice" Skills and Methods seminar sponsored by the New Jersey Institute For Continuing Legal Education. The seminar took place at the New Jersey State Bar Association Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Mr. Eichenbaum spoke about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Harry Stylianou and Ralph Perez attended the Fall Conference of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) in Las Vegas, Nevada from October 10 through October 13, 2001.

Ralph Gulko attended the Spring Conference of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) in New Orleans, Louisiana from May 16 through May 19, 2001.

On July 17, 2001, Harry Stylianou lectured on "How to Get Results in Collection of Delinquent Debts in New Jersey" for the National Business Institute at the Ramada Hotel in Rochelle Park. The topics covered included Preventive Collection, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, When You Have to Go to Court, Post Judgment Collections, Ethical Obligations, and Bankruptcy. As part of the lecture, Harry co-authored a book relating to New Jersey collection practice which was distributed to all attendees.

Ralph Gulko attended the Fall Conference of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) in Chicago, Illinois from October 26 through October 28, 2000.

On October 10, 2000, Harry Stylianou served as a judge in the Nathan Baker Mock Trial Competition at Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, NJ. Along with another attorney and a Superior Court judge, Mr. Stylianou evaluated students on their performance, form and general level of persuasiveness during the presentation of their moot court case.
