On March 11, 2008, Richard Eichenbaum was a panelist and instructor at the “New Jersey Collection Practice” Skills and Methods seminar at Seton Hall Law School in Newark. This seminar is part of the “continuing education” component of the Skills and Methods Course  given by New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education.  Among other things, Mr. Eichenbaum spoke about remedies available under New Jersey law to enforce and collect judgments.

January 24 - Richard Eichenbaum is the co-author of the 2008 edition of “Collection Practice in New Jersey,” which is part of the Practical Skills Series published by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education. In particular, Mr. Eichenbaum wrote the chapter on the Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act.
