On Dec 1, 2008, Richard Eichenbaum was a panelist and instructor at the “New Jersey Collection Practice” Skills and Methods seminar at Seton Hall Law School in Newark. This seminar is part of the “continuing education” component of the Skills and Methods Course given by New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Among other things, Mr. Eichenbaum spoke about remedies available under New Jersey law to enforce and collect judgments.
On October 14, 2008, Joann Haddad lectured at Bergen County Community College along with Bergen County Court Officer Eric Fields. The course was part of “The People’s Law School” a ten week program which focused on a particular area of the law each week. Ms. Haddad’s lecture consisted of the ABC’s of collection practice, from the filing of the lawsuit to the actual collection of a judgment.

January 24 - Richard Eichenbaum is the co-author of the 2008 edition of “Collection Practice in New Jersey,”
which is part of the Practical Skills Series published by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing
Legal Education. In particular, Mr. Eichenbaum wrote the chapter on the Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act.
