Before coming to E&S, Rosemary had nearly 16 years of collection and collection management experience at People's Bank in Bridgeport, Ct. As Fraud Coordinator in People's Fraud Prevention Department, Rosemary supervised and worked with 30 fraud representatives and investigators. From 1998 through 2000, she was the Manager of the bank's Fraud and Loss Prevention Department, where she supervised and trained fraud/loss prevention collectors, assigned and reviewed work queues, analyzed fraud accounts, interviewed prospective employees and conducted their annual reviews.
