Franco joined the Firm in 1999 with over 10 years of collection experience.  He oversees our Collection Call Center and Collection Support Unit.  The Collection Support Unit is responsible for court and court officer follow up, skip-tracing, and asset development.  He also heads up our Legal Document Processing and Client Liaison Units.  Since joining E & S Franco has implemented our Analysis and Reports Unit.  This unit produces analytical reports and studies for ongoing enhancements to our collection strategies in an effort to recover delinquent dollars as quickly and cost effective as possible for our clients.
