Ms. Haddad is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. She attended Jersey City State College where she earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice. As she was earning her B.S. degree at Jersey City State College, Ms. Haddad was employed at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in the Sexual Assault and Victim Assistance Unit. While at the Prosecutor’s Office Ms.Haddad worked closely with both investigators and prosecutors on active cases and assisted with organizing help for the victims of sexual assault. After graduating college, Ms. Haddad attended Pace University School of Law where she earned her J.D in May 2002.

Following law school Ms. Haddad began working with Eichenbaum & Stylianou in 2003. As Senior Associate, Ms. Haddad is responsible for organizing and assigning the trials to the Junior Associates and handling more complex collection actions. Ms. Haddad has significant court experience, she regularly appears in Court for trials, settlement conferences and motions and she is the only associate in the office that handles and specializes in Construction Liens.
