E&S devotes a significant portion of their practice to solving creditors' collection problems. Our staff consists of four attorneys and over 95 fully trained managers, supervisors, collectors, and clerical personnel. In addition to situational guidelines for proper collection etiquette and technique, E&S employees receive regular training on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other relevant federal and state regulations. Our focus on teamwork fosters a friendly environment where information is openly and constantly exchanged-an approach that dramatically improves our efficiency to service clients in a responsive and professional manner.
