E&S devotes a significant portion of its practice to solving creditors' collection problems. Our staff consists of five attorneys and over 75 fully trained managers, supervisors, collectors, and clerical personnel. In addition to situational guidelines for proper collection etiquette and technique, E&S employees receive regular training on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other relevant federal and state regulations.
